Leading all the HR functions ensuring smooth operations and compliance across all aspects of human resources.
Distribution/Manufacturing or Warehouse Industry required.
• Serve as the primary contact for workplace issues, fostering a positive work environment and improving employee-manager communication.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including direct sourcing and partnerships to improve retention and candidate flow.
• Responsible for benefits from plan design, implementation, and open enrollment throughout the organization.
• Standardize and optimize onboarding processes, creating uniform training schedules and onboarding plans.
• Supported talent development by identifying growth opportunities and assisting leadership with performance reviews and development plans.
• Implement HR policies compliant with federal and state regulations, while enhancing company culture by organizing team-building activities and events.
• Ability to manage payroll team and processing for both corporate and the field
• Manage all employee inquires promptly and professionally supporting over 350 employees in 6 locations across the eastern U.S.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage all projects and deadlines effectively
